The valuation of a building in Seoul's Samseong-dong district, owned by actor Won Bin, has increased from 14.5 billion won (US$10.7 million) to 43.2 billion won, representing a threefold increase.
Znews reports that the South Korean online community Daum indicated that Won Bin and his spouse, actress Lee Na Young, acquired the home in 2018.

This is not Won Bin's sole real estate asset. He possesses a property in Samseong-dong, Seoul, valued at 6.9 billion won, and another in Seongsu-dong, currently appraised at 9.5 billion won. His real estate holdings are valued at about 59.6 billion won, positioning him as one of South Korea's most successful celebrity real estate investors.
Lee additionally enhances the couple's financial resources. As a shareholder in a real estate management firm, she actively participates in the administration of commercial rental properties, ensuring a consistent revenue stream for the pair.
Kim Do Jin, known professionally as Won Bin, is a 48-year-old actor who commenced his acting career in 1997. He rapidly attained prominence with the 2000 drama "Autumn in My Heart" and cemented his career with the 2010 feature "The Man From Nowhere," which sold over 6.2 million tickets in South Korea.
During his 28-year career, Won Bin has participated in only six films and eight television dramas, with "The Man From Nowhere" being his latest endeavor. He has allegedly declined other opportunities to prioritize high-quality projects.
Won Bin wed Lee, 46, in 2015 following a two-year courtship. The couple welcomed their first son in December 2015 and has maintained a discreet presence, seldom appearing in public.
