Dario Vitale has officially debuted as the chief creative officer for VERSACE, unveiling the brand's Spring/Summer 2026 collection at Milan Fashion Week.

Dario Vitale's inaugural role as chief creative officer for VERSACE established the direction for the brand's new epoch. The Italian designer succeeded Donatella Versace, who led the brand for over 30 years. A prominent feature of the Milan Fashion Week runway show was the debut of VERSACE's inaugural collaboration with a footwear brand, partnering with Onitsuka Tiger to showcase two distinct styles over eight ensembles.

The low-profile TAI-CHI model by Onitsuka Tiger was initially introduced and has been meticulously constructed using Italian materials at the brand's plant in Sanin Tottori, Japan. The tiger stripes are paired with VERSACE's Medusa emblem, while a vintage texture treatment adorns the upper section as well. This amalgamation of Japanese and Italian workmanship persisted with a collaborative loafer showcased on the runway, underscoring the dominance of sneaker brands in making this style.

Remain attentive for announcements concerning the new partnership and anticipate the collaboration to be available through VERSACE in the spring of the forthcoming year.
