Mercedes-Maybach has introduced its new V12 Edition, a pinnacle of luxury and engineering excellence in vehicle design and performance. The S-680 sedan, a limited-production vehicle, is a genuine collector's item, with merely 50 units manufactured globally, rendering it exceedingly rare and distinctive.

The vehicle is powered by a robust 6.0L V12 twin-turbo engine, generating 612 horsepower and 900 Nm of torque. This substantial power, transmitted via an all-wheel-drive system, enables the luxury sedan to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in under 4.5 seconds and attain an electronically restricted maximum speed of 250 km/h. The vehicle features a two-tone appearance, emblematic of the Maybach brand. The vehicle features an olive metallic upper section and an obsidian black lower half, creating a traditional and sophisticated color combination that distinguishes it. The unique edition includes custom badging with 24-karat gold emblems and a “1 of 50” insignia, along with silver metallic accents that signify the vehicle's status and exclusivity for both the driver and passengers. The inside exemplifies exceptional craftsmanship, featuring exquisite wood trim and custom Nappa leather.

Central to the vehicle is a twin-turbocharged V12 engine, a robust and seamlessly operating mechanism that epitomizes automotive excellence. In a time when most automakers are abandoning the V12 engine, this limited edition from Mercedes-Maybach serves as a compelling assertion that the apex of performance and luxury remains embodied in a vehicle powered by 12 cylinders.

The car is priced at approximately $204,650 USD, escalating to $340,150 USD based on its configurations.
