Kith's New London Flagship Represents the Pinnacle of Its Expanding Empire

The store broadens the brand's reach by incorporating founder Ronnie Fieg's whole lifestyle idea, which includes his inaugural independent restaurant, "Ronnie's," in conjunction with all Kith retail products.

Kith's highly anticipated London flagship has officially launched, showcasing an expansive retail and dining establishment embellished with opulent finishes. The two-story store, situated on historic Regent Street, is Kith's inaugural permanent establishment in the United Kingdom.

Beyond a retail establishment, the venue amplifies Kith's continually developing vision, resulting in new locations in Japan and prominent U.S. cities in recent years. The London flagship provides the complete Kith experience, featuring menswear, womenswear, children's apparel, and a diverse array of multi-brand footwear and accessories. The UK launch of Kith Treats, a soft-serve bar, with Fieg’s inaugural independent restaurant inspired by New York City cuisine, further enhances Kith’s whole lifestyle emphasis.

Significantly, the design was a considerable challenge, as founder Ronnie Fieg articulated to BoF, “Ultimately, it involves dedicating extensive attention to detail in the locations we establish, and I am convinced that London has benefitted most from that.” Given the building's historical importance, integrity was paramount during the design and construction phases. The firm collaborated with Ben Porto of Porto Architecture to preserve elements such as a curved windowpane from the 1920s on the facade.

The interior embodies the refined look that Fieg has introduced to other recent flagship locations, including the Chicago site, which inaugurated around this time last year. Interior finishes, including white oak joinery and an oak herringbone floor, are complemented with opulent marble applications, such as Crystal Tiffany marble, Estremoz marble, and Pentelikon marble. The bottom level features a cutting-edge McIntosh audio system, regarded as “the most advanced sound systems of any of our flagships,” in collaboration with McIntosh, catering to audiophiles.
