Originating from Xinjiang, China, Freddy Chi lacked the academic credentials necessary to attain societal recognition. He nearly failed to graduate from high school in 2013; however, with the assistance of his family and teacher, circumstances improved. In 2014, he made a significant decision during his first year to change his major from Micro Electronics to Human Resources. He favored interpersonal communication when addressing human resource matters, believing he could potentially alter an individual's life trajectory through this profession.



Upon securing a position in New York City, he recognized the significance of email communication and the necessity of earning respect from colleagues by establishing a strong connection.



Currently, the 28-year-old serves as the marketing director at Hitmaker Global Academy in China, enthusiastically contributing to the education sector. At the academy, Chi offers consulting services at this music-oriented worldwide institution. He is responsible for completing projects and contests, organizing international study excursions for students, and assisting students with their applications. His organization offers International English Language Testing System (IELTS) classes in China. It is a globally standardized assessment of English language competency for non-native speakers, collaboratively administered by the British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia, and Cambridge Assessment English.





Chi's expertise lies in Service and Educational Consultation. He takes pleasure in discovering the potential inside the students he encounters. The onset of Covid-19 and the passing of Chi's father and grandfather compelled him to prioritize his own well-being and the welfare of his family. He promptly established his future in the education industry. The global pandemic instilled in him resilience and a forward-looking perspective. Another detriment to his mental health occurred during the pandemic when China mandated the suspension of all schools. He was compelled to terminate all the professors and spent nearly three months alone in his office contemplating his next course of action.



He was required to work part-time as an IELTS instructor during the day and as a DiDi driver at night. It was a period of humility for Chi. When asked about his most notable accomplishment in his educational career, he references the two championship victories in the NFL China Flag football game during his tenure at the American football school in China. Chi experiences his utmost joy when he assists in enhancing students' confidence and elevating them to a higher level.



A multitude of students have self-doubt, which adversely impacts their confidence. It is devastating when a student's spirit is diminished. Chi asserts that he assists individuals in seeing their potential and emphasizes the significance of self-love during youth. Furthermore, he recounts assisting a student in achieving his desired IELTS score, which elicited a radiant expression from the student; he was equally exhilarated and felt the fervor inherent in this profession.

He also contends that cultivating the appropriate students for society will be essential. Chi holds a profound appreciation for Singapore's educational system. He believes that the government prioritizes the welfare of its citizens over self-serving interests. He believes that the Singapore education system is expanding into more areas of instruction, including the arts and athletics. Chi emphasizes the significance of artificial intelligence (AI) inside the educational framework, particularly given the prevalence of ChatGPT and AI detection technologies. He contends that AI will disrupt the education sector; yet, he maintains that teachers cannot be supplanted.
