The latest women's silhouette from Jordan Brand reinterprets the ballerina flat with a robust, athletic design.

Jordan Brand is venturing into uncharted territory with the launch of the Jordan Pointe “Chile Red,” a design that audaciously merges the elegance of dance with the toughness of streetwear. As the Jumpman broadens its women's footwear collection beyond traditional basketball retros, this new model is a compelling exploration of design, merging performance art with contemporary functionality.
The design explicitly references the ballet shoe, with conventional ribbon lacing that encircles the foot for a secure, dancer-like fit. Nonetheless, the refined top contrasts with a robust, fashion-forward thick outsole that anchors the shoe inside modern sneaker culture. A Velcro strap provides extra support and enhances the technical design, ensuring the appearance does not seem overly costume-like.

In this iteration, the design team employed a monochromatic palette consisting of Chile Red, Deep Maroon, and Pueblo Red. The outcome is a tonal, refined appearance that appears more journalistic than the previously observed "Royal Blue" variant.
