Dickies and TRIPSTER Revive Wool-Blend Tweed for Their Eighth Suit Capsule Collection

Dickies and TRIPSTER, a Tokyo-based architectural design firm, have rejoined for their ninth collaborative launch. Since its establishment in 2018, this collaboration has transformed modern formalwear by integrating Dickies’ robust heritage with a refined, contemporary interpretation of the traditional suit.

A notable aspect of this collection is the reintroduction of wool-blend tweed, representing the material's inaugural return to the lineup since 2019. This fabric selection provides superior insulation and moisture-wicking capabilities, while its soft texture and understated tonal variations contribute to an elegant, streamlined appearance.

BEAMS

The jacket features a boxy silhouette and narrow chest opening consistent with the prior edition, while the tweed fabric introduces a formal aspect to the appearance. The pleated trousers are subtly tapered from the thigh to the ankle to create a refined, formal appearance. This distinctive blend of texture and cut facilitates personal style expression while maintaining professional elegance.

The series will be offered in three adaptable colour options: brown, grey, and black. The pricing for the Dickies x TRIPSTER suit collection has not been disclosed, but the debut is set for December 24 at BEAMS Harajuku Annex and the official BEAMS online store.
