Brooks Brothers and Champion Revive American Collegiate Style in Exclusive Collaboration
Two iconic American labels unite for a Japan-exclusive collection, revisiting classic Ivy League style through heavyweight sportswear and archival tailoring.

American heritage brands Brooks Brothers and Champion have introduced their first collaborative collection, bringing together traditional preppy dressing and collegiate sportswear. Released exclusively in Japan, the capsule draws on Champion's signature Made in USA Reverse Weave construction and Brooks Brothers' longstanding influence on American classic menswear.
The collection features crewneck sweatshirts, hoodies and sweatpants crafted from heavyweight 12.5-ounce fleece made with American cotton. Vintage-inspired arched Brooks Brothers lettering and co-branded labels lend the pieces a nostalgic collegiate character, while the Reverse Weave construction helps minimize shrinkage and maintain their shape.

A standout piece is the white Oxford button-down shirt, inspired by a six-button design from Brooks Brothers' 1980s archives. Made from 100% American Supima cotton, it recreates original details including the yoke proportions, cuffs, placket and signature Makers label. Subtle co-branded embroidery adds a contemporary touch to the traditional silhouette.
The women's selection includes Reverse Weave crewnecks and hoodies distinguished by felt Brooks Brothers lettering, offered in classic navy, gray and white. Together, the pieces reflect the enduring appeal of American campus fashion through considered materials and heritage-inspired details.
The Brooks Brothers x Champion collection launched on September 30, 2026, exclusively in Japan, with prices ranging from ¥28,600 to ¥44,000. The collection is available through participating Brooks Brothers and Champion stores and their official Japanese online platforms.
