Dropping March 24 at Converse, the updated design introduces premium finishes, including snake and croc-embossed textures that bring a luxe edge to the timeless sneaker.

The Converse First String collection advances heritage design by unveiling a range of novel material interpretations for the traditional Chuck Taylor form. This exclusive collection enhances the traditional high-top with three unique, opulent textures: sophisticated Premium Leather in black, striking Snake Print Leather, and Croc Print Leather. Each version aims to demonstrate the adaptability of the Chuck Taylor frame, employing high-quality materials that provide a luxurious tactile experience.

The Black Leather variant offers a streamlined, monochrome appearance with a soft-glow finish, whereas the reptilian-inspired Snake and Croc patterns impart an unusual flair to the conventional canvas-based design. The technical specifications and branding elements of these "First String" models are accomplished with the superior craftsmanship anticipated from Converse's premium line. The emblematic All Star ankle patch is crafted in a matching leather finish to preserve the collection's style, while the tongue and heel adhere to the original 1970s silhouette.
