CMF by Nothing has launched their inaugural over-ear headphone: the Headphone Pro.

CMF by Nothing has introduced its inaugural totally customisable headphones, the Headphone Pro, broadening its CMF (Color-Material-Finish) philosophy to over-ear audio devices. The design perpetuates the lively and whimsical elements of the CMF line, while preserving the minimalist, vintage aesthetics that characterize Nothing's fundamental design language. The Headphone Pro is offered in Light Grey, Light Green, and Dark Grey, showcasing a robust and aesthetically pleasing design with user-friendly controls. An essential aspect of its design is the incorporation of adjustable ear cushions, facilitating enhanced user personalization.
The CMF Headphone Pro, released about two months after the original Nothing Headphone (1), prompts immediate comparison. Both models incorporate hybrid active noise cancellation, effectively mitigating up to 99% of ambient noise; however, the CMF variant surpasses its counterpart with a battery life of up to 100 hours, compared to 35 hours with ANC activated (80 hours with ANC deactivated) on the Headphone (1).

This announcement highlights Nothing's purposeful growth of its audio ecosystem, providing unique aesthetic options while maintaining essential performance. The Headphone (1) offers a streamlined design and KEF-optimized audio, whereas the CMF Headphone Pro emphasizes prolonged battery life and user-centric customization at a more accessible pricing.
The CMF Headphone Pro is certified for Hi-Res Audio and supports the LDAC codec, while also integrating effortlessly with the Nothing X app on both Android and iOS platforms. Currently accessible through Nothing's webstore, it is priced at £79 GBP (about $106 USD), with individual cushion components available for £19 GBP (approximately $26 USD).
