Alongside the reworked 1080v15, the collection introduces elevated running gear, blending Japanese craftsmanship with technical innovation.

District Vision and New Balance are officially collaborating for another season, emphasising their mutual commitment to mindfulness and activity. The new collaboration ad, titled “High Performance Being, California 2026,” is centred around a meticulously crafted, minimalist interpretation of the New Balance 1080v15. The collection, featuring New Balance athlete and NCAA record holder Parker Valby and photographed by Stevie Dance at Point Dume, California, seamlessly integrates heritage design with contemporary outdoor performance.
In this recent footwear collaboration, District Vision engaged the revolutionary 1080v15 with a stringent emphasis on minimalism and tactile efficacy. The sneaker is released in two monochrome, earth-toned colour schemes, heavily inspired by the materials of 1990s running shoes. The intricate top showcases a stratified design entirely covered in mesh, complemented with high-quality Clarino suede on the toebox and foxing overlays. The characteristic “N” is distinctively included as a woven textile cutout rather than a conventional logo application. The streamlined top is reinforced by a highly responsive Infinion foam midsole and a robust rubber outsole.

The deliberate design of the footwear integrates effortlessly with two performance-oriented accessories. The capsule presents the Takeyoshi Altitude Master, a pair of photochromic sunglasses designed with an 8-base frame construction, tailored for rigorous outdoor activities. The specialised lenses promptly adjust to varying light situations, switching seamlessly from clear to grey. The eyewear is accompanied by a windowed knit running glove, meticulously produced in Japan from a high-quality 90% wool-blend yarn.
The District Vision x New Balance 1080v15 is presently obtainable at DistrictVision.com, with a broader global launch scheduled for April 10, 2026, via New Balance. The launch precedes a significant milestone for District Vision, as the California-based firm is set to inaugurate its inaugural retail location in Los Angeles on May 1.
