Cadillac is redefining American luxury automobiles with the launch of the CELESTIQ – an all-electric flagship vehicle priced at over $400,000 USD. This audacious entity positions the handcrafted electric vehicle in direct rivalry with the most prestigious automotive manufacturers, specifically Rolls-Royce and Bentley.

The pricing indicates Cadillac's intention to completely transform its brand identity for the electric age. In contrast to its mass-produced counterparts, the CELESTIQ is not manufactured on a conventional assembly line. Each model is meticulously hand-assembled at General Motors' Global Technical Center, with production restricted to less than two vehicles daily. This limited, customized method is essential for rationalizing its substantial expense. Cadillac informed GM Authority that the custom nature of the Celestiq will influence the transaction price, which will be dictated by the client's degree of personalization. The starting price for the 2026 model year is in the low $400,000 range.

The ultra-luxury experience encompasses unmatched customisation. Purchasers collaborate with a specialized concierge and Cadillac designer to choose colors, materials, and features, guaranteeing that nearly all CELESTIQS will be unique. The vehicle is a technological marvel, equipped with a dual-motor, all-wheel-drive system that produces around 600 horsepower and an innovative 55-inch touchscreen that spans the dashboard. The Celestiq serves as Cadillac's "halo" car, designed to showcase that the American luxury standard has returned and is poised to spearhead a new era of electric magnificence.
