Netflix Unveils 'One Last Adventure' Documentary to Commemorate the Conclusion of 'Stranger Things'

As fans say goodbye to Hawkins, Netflix has revealed a companion documentary entitled One Last Adventure: The Making of Stranger Things Season 5. The film, released immediately following the series conclusion, delves into the behind-the-scenes aspects of the last season's crucial moments, featuring co-creators Matt and Ross Duffer as they emotionally address the cast and crew of their iconic series.
The poignant clip showcases the principal cast, including Finn Wolfhard, Gaten Matarazzo, Sadie Sink, and others, responding to the concluding script pages. In a very emotional moment, Millie Bobby Brown encapsulates the sentiment of the entire play by stating, “I’m not ready to let go.” During the preview, the cast contemplates the show's profound significance, emphasising that the essence of the series transcends merely surmounting supernatural challenges, focussing instead on the "joy of the adventure" itself.
Covering over ten years since its 2016 premiere, the documentary chronicles the producers' reflections on the enduring legacy of a show that enthralled international audiences. The Duffer brothers indicate in the teaser that the culmination of their quest is encapsulated in a singular moment: 'I recall more than anything just writing 'End Series' – inscribing those two words having the most profound impact'.
One Last Adventure: The Making of Stranger Things Season 5 is scheduled to debut on Netflix on January 12.
