The Hari Brings a New Vision of Boutique Luxury to Singapore
Set to debut in spring 2027, The Hari Singapore promises an intimate hospitality experience shaped by contemporary design, curated art and the vibrant character of Orchard Road.

Luxury hospitality brand The Hari is preparing to make its Singapore debut in spring 2027, transforming the former Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre into a design-led destination. The opening will mark the brand's third property worldwide, following its established locations in London and Hong Kong.
Designed by acclaimed British interior designer Tara Bernerd, the hotel will embrace a residential-inspired aesthetic, combining layered textures, sophisticated lighting and contemporary furnishings. A rotating art collection will further distinguish the interiors, reflecting The Hari's emphasis on creativity and individual character.
Located near Orchard Road and Emerald Hill, the property will offer convenient access to Singapore's shopping, dining and cultural attractions. Guests can expect a rooftop swimming pool, wellness facilities, dining venues and an executive lounge, balancing modern comforts with a more personalized approach to hospitality.
The hotel will be led by General Manager Andreas Kraemer, whose experience includes overseeing the luxury repositioning of InterContinental Singapore. His appointment reflects the brand's ambition to establish a distinctive presence in the city's competitive hospitality market.
With its combination of thoughtful design, curated cultural experiences and neighborhood appeal, The Hari Singapore aims to offer an alternative to conventional luxury hotels, emphasizing individuality and a stronger connection to its surroundings.
