After 35 years in the beauty industry, Mr. Andy is bringing decades of experience back to the community he knows best. With Nails 21 & Spa Lounge, his focus is on thoughtful service, skilled care and an experience that gives clients a reason to return.

Bringing Decades of Experience Back Home

Having grown up in the Sacramento area, Mr. Andy had long hoped for an opportunity to serve the West Sacramento community. After 35 years in the beauty industry, he saw the chance to create a salon shaped by everything he had learned throughout his career.

That experience gave him confidence when building Nails 21 & Spa Lounge. While starting a new business inevitably brought challenges, Mr. Andy approached them with a clear belief in his skills, preparation and understanding of what clients expect from a salon.

Today, his focus is less on the difficulties of getting started and more on creating an experience worthy of the community he set out to serve.

Where Skill Meets Genuine Service

For Mr. Andy, technical ability alone does not build a successful salon. Customer service is equally important.

He believes a strong team must know how to communicate with clients, make them feel comfortable and approach every service with genuine care. That philosophy also reflects the personal investment he has made in the salon, not only financially, but through his time, experience and years of professional knowledge.

Rather than simply completing an appointment, his goal is to make sure clients feel that care in the experience they receive.

Growing With the West Sacramento Community

As Nails 21 & Spa Lounge moves forward, Mr. Andy plans to continue creating special programs and seasonal offers as a way of thanking clients for their support. Yet his larger goal goes beyond bringing someone through the door for a first visit. He wants to give clients a reason to come back.

That ambition is rooted in the same principle that has sustained his career for 35 years: taking his work seriously while continuing to enjoy what he does.
